It's quality supremacy that it can be named as the one. Or we don't take a defective product out of the quality by doing the following staff education mainly by keeping this word in mind! An effort is being made for the emphasis target which says so.

Production meeting as the first thing in the morning
We start our meeting at 8:40 a.m. every day to share information on troubles that may have occurred and decide adequate countermeasures. Furthermore, we consider whether there are any quality problems before and after planned or unexpected changes.
Trouble notice board
We always make trouble information visible for sharing among employees and clarify adequate countermeasures. We have a rule that each team leader should record trouble information within an hour after the occurrence.
Change board
We make the changes of four Ms in the factory "man, material, machine, method" visible and prevent defects caused by changes.
We check the quality before and after various changes on site.
Patrol to observe standards
Quality group plays a main role in checking and correcting systematically whether work standards for priority processes are observed.
This patrol has an effect to prevent defects from occurring at our clients who have received the products.
Strict test
We regularly check the detecting ability of appearance inspectors as part of inspector training.
The aim of this inspection is to clarify priority check items and improve employees' awareness.
Compliance activity
Defects occur whenever employees change work procedure or treatment at their own discretion.
Remember the basics and always follow the rules! With this slogan, we work hard to control the occurrence of defects.
